About Our Team
I’m a mental health professional with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Psychology, and experience in Applied Behaviour Analysis and psychoeducational work supporting children, adolescents, and adults. I previously completed my clinical training at York University’s Student Counselling, Health & Well-being Centre, where I provided short-term, solution-focused therapy addressing concerns such as depression, anxiety, stress, and academic performance.
In therapy, I aim to create a supportive space where clients can begin to notice when something in their life may be out of balance, whether it’s a mood, behaviour, or pattern that’s affecting their well-being, daily functioning, or relationships. Sometimes this looks like feeling miserable all the time, struggling to get out of bed or stay focused, or realizing that anger or stress is impacting those around you.
Together, we can explore these experiences with curiosity and compassion, building awareness and strategies for meaningful change. My approach is collaborative, culturally sensitive, and grounded in evidence-based practices that fit your individual goals and values.
