Psychotherapy Services in Vaughan
Our psychotherapy services in Vaughan are delivered in English, Russian and Farsi by psychotherapists registered with the CRPO, alongside clinicians registered with the OAMHP. Sessions run at the clinic on weekdays and Saturday mornings, and most also run online anywhere in Ontario, which keeps care going when travel, work or health would otherwise interrupt it.
Medication Management and Psychiatry
We believe the most effective mental health care is collaborative. Our psychotherapists work closely together, using evidence-based therapeutic approaches to create personalized treatment plans. When clinically indicated, patients may also benefit from psychiatric assessment and medication management. Psychiatric consultations are arranged only when necessary as part of an individualized care plan, with the psychiatry team at 101 Medical Centre at our shared Vaughan location, and require a physician’s referral.
