Who We Serve
There is no one kind of person who comes to therapy. Some have been turning the idea over for years, some were nudged into it by someone who loves them, and some phoned in the middle of a bad week. What they tend to share is wanting to be understood as themselves, not as a general case. We have been in Vaughan since 2014, working in English, Russian and Farsi, in person in Concord or online anywhere in Ontario. Everyone starts with a free 30-minute assessment.
Affordable, Accessible Care
We publish the price for a simple reason: it is usually the first question, and rarely the first thing a clinic answers. Sessions start from $100, and the initial assessment costs nothing.
Sessions with a Registered Psychotherapist are not covered by OHIP. We issue receipts that most extended health plans accept, and it is worth reading your plan’s wording before your first appointment, because some name Registered Psychotherapists specifically and others do not.
Psychotherapy is what we do. Where medication is clinically indicated, assessment and prescribing sit with the psychiatry team at 101 Medical Centre in the same building, and a physician’s referral is required.

We're here to support individuals and families across Vaughan, including Concord, Woodbridge, and Maple, and in nearby communities such as Aurora, Brampton, Markham, Mississauga, Milton, Oakville, Oshawa, and Richmond Hill, as well as Thornhill. We also welcome clients from across Toronto, including North York, Midtown, and Uptown Toronto. If you can't make it to our office, we offer virtual appointments across Ontario.
