About Our Team
Therapy is a space to come home to yourself, to slow down, make sense of your emotions, and begin again with clarity and care.
My approach is person-centred, grounded in warmth, compassion, and authenticity. Together, we’ll explore your inner experiences with curiosity and care, at a pace that feels right for you. Healing can happen through connection, and I believe in building that connection collaboratively with each individual. I see therapy as a space where we can gently explore what’s been happening inside of you, your patterns, your pain, your strengths, and starting to make sense of it together. You don’t have to have everything figured out. We’ll take it one step at a time.
I support individuals with self-esteem concerns, anxiety, depression, attachment challenges, complex trauma, body-image challenges, emotional dysregulation, Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), suicidal ideation, and self-harm. My work is person-centred and integrates tools from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic-based principles, and mindfulness, all through a traumainformed lens.
Whether you’re learning to regulate emotions, rebuild a sense of self-worth, or heal from past wounds, my goal is to help you connect more deeply with yourself and create a life that feels grounded and authentic. Therapy together is a space to be seen, heard, understood, and supported, especially in the moments that feel the hardest to face. Healing isn’t always linear, but it is possible, and we’ll build the path forward together.
